Set up and take down are included in the price. Additional fuel charges might apply, depending on your location. We can map your delivery address and let you know if there are any additional fees. Typically if there is a fuel charge, it is around $25. We will be happy to check for you.
Yes! We deliver to Belton, Temple, Killeen, and Fort Cavazos. You can call us if you're unsure about your location's eligibility for delivery.
We are different than most other companies in that we don't limit your time with the inflatable to a set number of hours. We try to give you as long as possible with the inflatable. So typically, our customers will get 8-12 hours with an inflatable to get full use and double your fun! This is of course subject to our delivery route and schedule that day. Our scheduler will be happy to discuss this with you if you have any specific questions.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. The more rentals we have that day, the earlier we begin deliveries. Our delivery schedule is set every Friday. Our scheduler will contact you via text to let you know the exact delivery range.
We cannot tell you how many times we have heard this from customers! We are horrified to hear this! Our promise to you is that we will ALWAYS deliver a clean and sanitized bounce to your event! Cleanliness and safety is our top priority for our customers!
Yes. A blower keeps air in the inflatable unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Our inflatables are not restricted to age. All ages can use our inflatables! Each inflatable has a weight limit posted on the inflatable safety sticker that should not be exceeded. Therefore, while adults are free to use the inflatables, less riders can be use the inflatable at one time.
We take cash, check, debit or credit card payments. If paying by credit card, there is a small fee added.
We understand that emergencies happen or weather doesn't always cooperate. If you contact us by 6 a.m. the morning of the reservation, we can transfer your deposit to any other day you choose.
May-October we require a $50 deposit via debit card through the Cash app or Venmo app. The deposit is non-refundable but always transferable, should you need to reschedule.
Our basic bounce house is 15x15 and we have water slides that reach up to 27 feet tall! We have a large range of sizes. All dimensions are listed in the inflatable description. If you are unsure if the inflatable will fit in your space, please feel free to call us to discuss!

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
